A long running theme in the wider tech space is how women-led projects are so often underestimated. Or worse, they are outrightly ignored.
It is even more pronounced in the NFT and crypto space.
At Sintra, we're constantly inspired by women founders doing their thing and we want to share that love. We want to talk about these women-led projects. They evolve the space. They innovate. They pushing boundaries. And without these leaders, we simply wouldn't be where we are today.
And the list keeps growing, from new additions, to star-studded projects like World of Women and Deadfellaz, to new utility use cases you’ve never heard of, this blog will keep you updated on the heartbeat of NFTs.

Take Up Space NFT
An up-and-coming project we have been keeping our eyes on is from our friends at Take Up Space who are not only a queer-, woman-, BIPOC-led project but have a mission to open the door to new change makers in the community. They have a beginners web3 playbook for any NFT holder as well as a list of other resources to expand your horizons or just get started.
Deadfellaz NFT
We would be remiss to not have the world-famous Deadfellaz horde - led by Betty. After announcing a partnership with Wrangler Jeans through an interactive choose-your-own adventure on Twitter and setting up a Halloween party to follow up their party in NYC earlier this year, it seems to be a busy year for the 2022 horde.
Boss Beauties NFT
Led by co-founder and CEO Lisa Mayer, the Boss Beauties are the first project to be features on the NYSE since one of their portraits hangs on the wall of the sixth floor. Five percent of their initial mint has been allocated to fund scholarships, bringing the project’s total scholarship contributions to $140,000 and with nearly 16k total ETH volume in just 1 year of existence, we will surely be hearing more from bosses soon enough.
Honey Badges NFT
Inspired by crypto-philanthropy, Honey Badges NFT is a Solana based project funding dozens of creatives, activists, and mutual aid work. These fuzzy bois get you a ticket to the DAO, allowing you to vote on where mint money goes among various other perks!
